Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee

No refunds will be provided if our cleaner leaves your premises after showing you the areas they have cleaned to your satisfaction.

Tax Information

For private customers, a tax of 9% (VAT) will be applied to our services. For businesses dealing with us, a tax of 21% (VAT) applies.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Liability

While we take utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for damages or losses caused by factors beyond our control.
